Project URL Category JS Project Title House planner: 2D plan, 3D, utility networks Project Description A self-hosted planner for a private house: draw a true-scale 2D floor plan, see it in 3D and on satellite imagery, lay out sewer, electrical, water and underfloor heating with checks, and get a priced bill of materials. React + PHP, no database. Highlights The plan is one JSON document in millimetres with a zod schema, so it can be edited by hand, by scripts or by an LLM assistant and pushed back through a versioned API (If-Match / 409). Engineering checks beyond drawing: sewer slopes and invert levels, circuits with breakers, RCDs and voltage drop, automatic underfloor heating loop layout. 3D with three.js / React Three Fiber, openings cut with three-bvh-csg; runs on any PHP 8.1 shared hosting or via docker compose.
