Highlights Telegram Desktop's export is a one-off file. This one keeps running. It saves each edit next to the earlier text and keeps deleted messages, marked as deleted. It can import a Desktop export, back up several accounts into one archive, and runs from pip or in read-only containers for amd64 and arm64.
